White Chocolate Martini

Who said you can't have dessert first?

  • white chocolate, coarsely grated

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1oz crème de cacao

  • 1oz double cream

  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste

  • 1.5oz J.T. Meleck vodka

  • ice

STEP 1 Tip the grated chocolate onto a plate. Brush the rim of a martini glass with a little maple syrup or honey, then dip into the chocolate to coat. Chill the glass until needed.


STEP 2 Pour the crème de cacao, cream, vanilla and vodka into a shaker and add a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain the drink into the prepared glass to serve.
