The Bunny Hop

While the kids are searching for their Easter eggs, the adults can have a little fun, too

Ingredients:

• 1 hollow chocolate bunny

• 2 fresh strawberries

• 1 tsp ounce of vanilla

• 1.5ounces of J.T. Meleck vodka

• 1/2 ounce of Bailey's Irish Cream

• 1/2 ounce of heavy cream

• 1/4 ounce of simple syrup

• Sprinkles and/or chocolate shavings for garnish

Directions:

1. Use a hot knife to gentle remove the ears from the chocolate bunny and set aside

2. In a mix tin, muddle the strawberries

3. Add the vanilla, vodka, Bailey's, heavy cream and simple syrup in a shaker over ice, and shake until well-chilled

4. Strain the mixture into a chocolate bunny

5. Garnish with chocolate shavings and/or sprinkles

6. Enjoy!
