Spring Forward

I don't know about you, but I'm going to need a drink if I'm going to lose an hour of sleep!

This delicious cocktail is going to be a 2-parter...starting with a rosemary infusion

Rosemary Vodka Infusion:

3.5 cups of J.T. Meleck Vodka

6 sprigs of rosemary

1. Place the sprigs of rosemary into a jar (or other container that can be sealed). Top with J.T. Meleck Vodka

2. Seal the container and wait 5 days. You'll see the vodka go from colorless to a clear gold/green

Spring Forward

• 1.5 oz of rosemary infused J.T. Meleck vodka

• 0.5 simple syrup

• 0.5 grapefruit juice

• 0.5 lemon juice

• rosemary sprig for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain over ice and garnish with the rosemary sprig.
