Pot o' Gold Shot

No time for rest! We're saying goodbye to carnival season and hello to St. Patty's Day!

Try something different with this pot o' gold shot!

Ingredients:

• 1-3.4oz package of lemon or pineapple jell-o

• 1/2 cup of J.T. Meleck vodka

• 1 cup of cool whip

• Gold sprinkles

• Rainbow belts cut into 2-in pieces

Directions

1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add Jell-O mix and stir until dissolved. Turn off heat and stir in another cup of water and the vodka. Place shot glasses on a baking sheet and pour in mixture until each is 2/3 full

2. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours

3. Top each with a dollop of cool whip and gold sprinkles. Place a rainbow candy belt on top.

4. Enjoy!
