Pineapple Delight

This delightful cocktail consists of 1.5oz of rice vodka, 4oz pineapple juice, 1oz cream of coconut, and a pineapple slice. Add the vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain over crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple slice. Cheers!
