Meleck Infused Tomojito

Did you say Tomato Vodka? Oh yes, we sure did.

We stepped it up over here and made our own infusion of tomato vodka with our own J.T. Meleck Rice Vodka. If you're a Bloody Mary fan, this is the infusion for you!

Tomato Vodka

1. 1lb ripe tomatoes

2. 1 sprig of fresh basil

3. 1 sprig of fresh oregano

4. 1 bottle of J.T. Meleck Rice Vodka

For the Basil Syrup

1. 1 cup water

2. 1 cup sugar

3. 1 sprig of fresh basil

Tomojito Cocktail

1. 3 lime wedges, divided

2. 2 cherry tomatoes, divided

3. 0.5oz basil syrup

4. 2oz tomato vodka

5. 1.5oz soda water
