The weather has finally turned, so it's time for a J.T. Meleck Rice Whiskey Hot Toddy to lock in the Christmas spirit!

1.5oz J.T. Meleck Rice Whiskey

2-3 tsp of honey (to taste)

2 dashes of bitters

2-3 tsp of lemon juice (to taste)

¾ cup of hot water

Lemon wedge for garnish
