Big Easy Martini

You know what time of year it is! Mardi Gras season calls for a Big Easy Dirty Martini. It's an easy choice.

Instructions:

• Grab a shaker and add a splash of vermouth for flavor. Spin and dump.

• J.T. Meleck Vodka (amount based on preference)

• Olive Brine (amount based on preference)

• Fill with ice and shake

• Pour into a martini glass and garnish with olives
